Job Title: Digital Marketing and Customer Support Intern


Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Customer Support Intern. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to both our digital marketing efforts and our customer support initiatives, with a primary focus on converting leads through phone interactions. You will play a vital role in engaging potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the conversion process.

Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Help maintain our online presence and brand consistency by updating website content and ensuring accurate information.
  • Engage with leads via phone calls, providing personalized assistance and information about our products/services.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, with the goal of building trust and converting leads into customers.
  • Use active listening skills to understand customers' needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Effectively navigate our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and document interactions.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels, nurturing relationships and guiding leads through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and showcase the value of our products/services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field with 1+ years relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing trends and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply new strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools is a plus.
